Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and business relationships between Veron Organisation LLC, 3833 Powerline Rd Ste 201, Ft Lauderdale, FL 33309, USA (hereinafter “Seller”), and its commercial customers (alternative practitioners, physicians, and other medical-aesthetic professionals) – exclusively in the B2B sector.

2. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is not concluded until the seller provides written confirmation. Offers are subject to change and non-binding.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are net, plus applicable sales tax, customs duties, and shipping costs, if any. Payment may be made by prepayment, bank transfer, or purchase on account (subject to individual approval). In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge late payment interest and reminder fees.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Shipping is handled domestically (within Germany) and internationally by our shipping partners (e.g., DHL). Delivery times and costs are specified during the ordering process. Partial deliveries are permitted provided they are reasonable for the customer.

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.​

 

6. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights for businesses apply. Claims for damages are excluded unless there is intent or gross negligence.

7. Product Notice

The devices and cosmetic products offered are intended exclusively for use by medically trained professionals. The buyer agrees to comply with applicable legal and medical regulations.

8. Returns and Complaints

Returns are only possible with prior written consent. Custom-made items and opened products are excluded from return. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of receipt of the goods.

9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

The place of jurisdiction is—to the extent permitted by law—the Seller’s place of business. The laws of the United States of America (State of Florida) shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

10. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
